Choosing a Dry Tube Bag

Tube dry bags pack neatly into kayak hatches, backpacks and boat lockers. 500D PVC tarpaulin suits rough use and printing; 70D nylon PVC is light and packs small; TPU-laminated nylon is light, tough and flexible in the cold. A shoulder strap helps with larger sizes, and a clear window lets you find things without opening the bag.

Every order passes through incoming material inspection (IQC), in-process checks during welding and sewing (IPQC) and final inspection (OQC), with SGS or QIMA third-party inspection available on request. Our test programme covers seam tensile and bonding strength, load testing of 1,500+ cycles, zipper testing to 3,000 cycles, salt spray on hardware, abrasion, and colour fastness and colour difference against the approved sample. Waterproof ratings are verified on the bag itself: a heavy rain and water-jet test for IPX5 and IPX6 models and a full water-immersion test of 2+ hours for IPX7 and IPX8 models.
